33. A 55-gallon drum of used oil filters was found during the inspection without an <br /> accumulation start date. It is unknown how long the drum has been on site. Within 30 <br /> days properly dispose of the used oil filters and provide this office with a copy of the <br /> receipt from disposal. (A used oil filter receipt from within the last year was not <br /> provided during the inspection.) <br /> Submit the certification of return to compliance within 30 days. <br /> This facility is subject to reinspection at any time at EHD's hourly rate. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. This facility is currently treating their silver nitrate waste generated within their <br /> lab. Further information is required to determine if this facility has additional <br /> laws or regulations to comply with. Immediately provide this office detailed <br /> information on the treatment process of the silver nitrate. <br /> 2.
