Violation of any applicable requirement of this chapter or any requirement of this <br /> 5 chapter or any requirement of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the board pursuant to <br /> 6 Section 25299.3. (Health and Safety Code § 28299(a)(6)); <br /> 7 F. Making any false statement, representation, or certification in any application, <br /> 8 record, report, or other document submitted or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter. <br /> 9 (Health and Safety Code § 25299(a)(8)); <br /> 10 G. Failure to repair or upgrade an underground tank system in accordance with this <br /> 11 chapter. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(2)); <br /> 12 H. Abandonment or improper closure of any underground tank system subject to this <br /> 13 chapter. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(3)); <br /> 14 1. Knowing failure to take reasonable and necessary steps to assure compliance with <br /> 15 this chapter by the operator of an underground tank system. (Health and Safety Code § <br /> 16 25299(b)(4)); <br /> 17 J. Violation of any applicable requirement of the permit issued for operation of the <br /> 18 underground tank system. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(5)); <br /> 19 K. Violation of any applicable requirement of this chapter or any regulation adopted <br /> 20 by the board pursuant to Section 25299.3. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(6)); <br /> 21 L. Making any false statement,representation, or certification in any application, <br /> 22 record, report, or other document submitted or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter. <br /> 23 (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(8)); <br /> 24 M.
