Failure to repair or upgrade an underground tank system in accordance with this <br /> 11 chapter. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(2)); <br /> 12 H. Abandonment or improper closure of any underground tank system subject to this <br /> 13 chapter. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(3)); <br /> 14 1. Knowing failure to take reasonable and necessary steps to assure compliance with <br /> 15 this chapter by the operator of an underground tank system. (Health and Safety Code § <br /> 16 25299(b)(4)); <br /> 17 J. Violation of any applicable requirement of the permit issued for operation of the <br /> 18 underground tank system. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(5)); <br /> 19 K. Violation of any applicable requirement of this chapter or any regulation adopted <br /> 20 by the board pursuant to Section 25299.3. (Health and Safety Code § 25299(b)(6)); <br /> 21 L.
