The majority of the live cockroaches were <br /> inside the meat dept. Observed live adult and baby cockroaches on the walls, in the electrical outlets, in between crevices <br /> of work tables and underneath the cutting board. <br /> Observed some rodent droppings behind the self serve baked goods cabinets and behind the bakery ovens. <br /> Observed some flies in the facility. <br /> Remove all vermin as soon as possible.
