Once the permits have been <br /> issued, PHSIEHD must be contacted at least two working days prior to the <br /> implementation of the proposed work plan. Once the work has been completed, <br /> PHSIEHD must be contacted to discuss sample selection for laboratory analysis. <br /> Thank you for containing the contaminated stockpiled soil and drummed water within <br /> a fenced area.
