2402 Pacific Avenue <br /> Page 2 <br /> Please submit PHSIEHD drilling permit applications and fees ($89 per permit) for the <br /> neighboring property (2520 Pacific Avenue) and for the City of Stockton's easements <br /> (the alley, Pacific Avenue and Castle Street) and the access agreements and/or <br /> encroachment permits for the off site work proposed. Once the permits have been <br /> issued, PHSIEHD must be contacted at least two working days prior to the <br /> implementation of the proposed work plan. Once the work has been completed, <br /> PHSIEHD must be contacted to discuss sample selection for laboratory analysis. <br /> Thank you for containing the contaminated stockpiled soil and drummed water within <br /> a fenced area.
