This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 00-0554 on <br /> November 14, 2000, and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 2. The general location of the well(s) shall be as shown on the map attached. The <br /> precise location(s) shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3. The issuance of this permit by the City does not create any agency on the part of <br /> the permittee, and the permittee will hold the City of Stockton harmless for any <br /> action or damages arising out of the permittee's activities 1.performedunder this <br /> permit. <br /> 4. Permittee, or his contractor, shall obtain an Encroachment Permit for the installation <br /> of the well(s). <br />
