The provisions of the State of California, Department of Water Resources Bulletin <br /> 74-81 and 74-90 entitled "Water Well Standards: State of California" shall be <br /> applicable to this permit. <br /> 6. The drilling location(s), method, and well design are to be approved by the Califomia <br /> Department of Health Services and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board. <br /> - 7. --- 2Drilling'operations that create loud noise shall be confined between the hours of 7 <br /> a.m. and 6 p.m- <br /> 8. Portable mud tanks are to be used. <br /> i <br /> 9. Disposal of water from the welf(s) development shall be in accordance with current j <br /> federal regulations. <br /> 10. Upon completion of water monitoring, the well(s) shall be abandoned in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin Public Health Services. <br /> 11. The permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes to any and all <br /> grade changes that occur in the subject area due to construction, demolition or any <br /> other occurrence. <br /> 12.
