PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground storage tank site located at <br /> 4511 Pacific Avenue; Stockton has been reviewed by San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD) . The plan is a proposal for the remediation of soil <br /> which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases associated <br /> with underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the <br /> property. <br /> PHS-EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tenative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at <br /> theSan Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS-EHD) office during normal working hours, <br /> 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. <br /> Final approval for the plan is scheduled for 31 July 1995 . <br /> Questions should be directed to Diane M.
