INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the request of Mr Art Wyatt, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has <br /> prepared the enclosed Work Plan Addendum for the site at 4511 Pacific Avenue in Stockton, <br /> California(the site) The scope of work includes the installation of four ground water monitoring <br /> wells and the collection of soil and groundwater samples The location of the site is illustrated on <br /> Figure 1 - Location Map A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2 - Site Plan <br /> Background information and a description of previous investigations at the site is included in <br /> numerous quarterly reports prepared by Geological Audit Services, Inc (GAS) and AGE A <br /> Corrective Action Plan, recommending soil remediation, was also prepared by Upgradient <br /> Environmental <br /> This work plan was prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EMD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> . Board guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sates <br /> 2.0.
