Training records on <br /> former employees shah be kept for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the <br /> facility. Unable to determine the length of storage of two <br /> Universal Waste fluorescent lamps in the used oil storage room. The lamps were not stored in a <br /> container. <br /> -- Universal Wastes shall ! e stored in a closed container that prevents breakage and release to the <br /> environment. The r contain shall be labeled to identify the type of Universal Waste and marked the <br /> initial date of accumulation. Universal Waste shall be managed within one year of storage and retained <br /> on site a copy of the dispo al receipt for at least 3 years.. <br /> * Immediately dispose of t e above Universal Waste - lamps and submit a copy of the disposal receipt <br /> to EHD by July 8, 2011. A pamphlet for the Small Hazardous Waste Disposal Facility has been supplied <br /> to the generator during this inspection. <br /> NOTES <br /> The facility generated 28,40 pounds of hazardous waste in 2010. <br /> A copy of Auto Repair Management Practice factsheet, CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous waste <br /> labels, hazardous waste labeling factsheet, and San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste <br /> Disposal Program pamphle , have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> Submit the following to EHby.
