You may verify your records and will find no signed <br /> copy from the site. We assumed the inspection did not find any violations and everything was <br /> good. Your letter of March 6,2017 is the first correspondence from EHD on this issue. <br /> After receiving your letter,the Cers violations were corrected and the other corrections were <br /> made on the day of inspection. Attached you will find the responses to the violations and copies <br /> of the records corrected. Also, attached dis the return of compliance certification.
