Take all necessary precautions to ensure <br /> testing is performed in a timely manner, the next secondary containment testing is due by March 16, 2017. Also, <br /> the secondary containment testing was performed on October20, 2014 and a test report was not submitted to the <br /> EHD. According to Mr. Chadda, this testing was conducted under the old facility ownership. A copy of the test <br /> report was located onsite, and according to Mr. Chadda will be provided to the EHD. A copy of the test report must <br /> be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
