The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan found on site stated that the 87 product tank had a 99LD-2000 line leak detector however on CERS and while on field Veeder Root PLLD was noted, also a 208 sensor was observed on the 87-1 fill sump, however in the monitoring plan only sensor 323 is listed. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).The owner of the site made the appropriate corrections to the monitoring plan that was on site while inspector was on site to correct the violation.
