Yosemite Ave. Manteca CA 95336 Program: UST <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> inspection. <br /> 310. Liquid was observed in the 89 and 91 fill sumps and in the 87 and 91 turbine sumps. If water could <br /> enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of <br /> properly. During the inspection, the technician removed the liquid and placed it into the hazardous <br /> waste drum on site. Continue to ensure that the secondary containment sumps are maintained free of <br /> liquid. <br /> 313. The 91 spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br /> gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately <br /> contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under <br /> permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> 314. The external audio visual alarm used as the overfill prevention system is not currently functional on <br /> the 89 UST. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection <br /> of the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 89 UST <br /> system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by April 22, 2013. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: R,ceived By: Title: <br /> Aris Cacapit (209) 468-3453 ,0 0 V� 'I�t�� �ri��e� <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
