(Stantec), on your behalf for the <br /> above-referenced site. In the report, Stantec provided a brief history of the site and included <br /> an evaluation of site conditions in the context of the Low Threat Closure Policy (LTCP) <br /> adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board on 17 August 2012. Based on the <br /> information presented in the report, Stantec concluded that this site should be moved to <br /> closure. <br /> The EHD concurs with the closure recommendation presented by Stantec and has <br /> discussed this site with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional <br /> Board). The EHD is preparing a Case Closure Summary to submit to the Regional Board <br /> for closure notification. The Regional Board will have thirty days to respond to the closure <br /> recommendation by the EHD. <br /> As required by the LTCP, please notify "municipal and county water districts, water <br /> replenishment districts, special act districts with groundwater management authority, <br /> agencies with authority to issue building permits for land affected by the petroleum release, <br /> owners and occupants of the property impacted by the petroleum release, and the owners <br /> and occupants of all parcels adjacent to the impacted property" of the pending case closure <br /> and of their opportunity to submit comments or questions regarding the pending closure to <br /> this agency during the sixty-day public participation period. Those to be notified include, but <br /> are not limited to: California Water Service Company in Stockton, City of Stockton Water <br /> District, San Joaquin County Public Water Utilities Maintenance, East Water District, <br /> Stockton Community Development Department and Stockton Public Works Department. <br /> Comments should be directed to Vicki McCartney, San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department, 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232. Prior to <br /> distribution of the letter, please provide a copy of the draft letter to the EHD for review <br />
