Without the <br /> correct application form, fees here, lab data in support of pressure grout <br /> submitted, I think you can see how drilling on Nov 7 is highly unlikely. <br /> I suggest you check with your driller and come up with another start date some <br /> time closer to Nov 14, Nov 21 , or after Thanksgiving. <br /> Please allow the EHD adequate time to review the submittals before you confirm <br /> your start date with the driller. A good practice is to advise the EHD right after <br /> you set the date with the driller.
