This replaces <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board's (Board's) groundwater M&RP No. 95-811 which is hereby <br /> rescinded. The M&RP was revised in response to a proposal "Request for Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Plan Modifications, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Tracy Railyard, Tracy, California"dated 9 <br /> October 2001 prepared by ERM. The report presents a request for modification including a decrease in <br /> the monitoring frequency of some groundwater monitoring wells and abandonment of wells. The Board <br /> provided a draft M&RP dated 13 January 2002 for your review.
