Box 5004
San Ramon, CA 94583-0804
CHEVRON STATION #9-6465, 5608 NORTH PERSHING AVENUE, STOCKTON, SAN
JOAQUIN COUNTY
We received a letter, dated 22 April 1994, from San Joaquin County staff informing us that they
were closing the site at 5608 North Pershing and that the Board's review and concurrence were
requested. Attached to the letter were a summary, chronology, and various maps and tables. From
the letter, it appears that a report was prepared by Groundwater Technology describing the
overexcavation activities that occurred in 1993. The report is not in our files. By 15 July 1994,
submit the overexcavation report.
Once we have received the report, we will make the appropriate response to the request for closure
concurrence. If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 255-3133.
'ELIZYETH A.
