MW#2A showed TPH as gasoline and BTEX at less than 50 ppb, less than 0.5 ppb, less than
0.5 ppb, 3.4 ppb, and 1.5 ppb, respectively.
MW#4A, MW#5A, MW#8, MW#9, MW#10 and MW#11 were all nondetect for TPH as
gasoline and BTEX at detection limits of 50 ppb and 0.5 ppb, respectively.
10-21-91 PHS/EHD sends letter to RP requesting a CAP as the assessment work had been completed.
11-15-91 PHS/EHD receives letter form RP requesting to monitor the groundwater at the site only.
12-27-91 PHS/EHD sends letter to RP explaining the need for a CAP and sets a deadline for 02-17-92
for the CAP submittal.
01-09-92 Monitoring wells MW#2A,MW#4A,MW#5A,MW#8,MW#9,MW#10,and MW#11 were
sampled this date. Monitoring wells MW#1,MW#2,MW#3,MW#4,MW#5,MW#6,and
MW#7 were dry and could not be sampled. Depth to water ranged from approximately
34.77' BGS to 39' BGS. flow direction was to the north northeast.
MW#2A showed TPH as gasoline and BTEX at 89.0 ppb, 1.7 ppb, 1.4 ppb, 13 ppb,and 16
ppb, respectively.
MW#4A, MW#5A, MW#8, MW#9, MW#10, MW#10 duplicate, and MW#11 did not
detect TPH as gasoline and BTEX at detection limits of 50 ppb and 0.5 ppb, respectively.
02-24-92 PHS/EHD receives the CAP for this site. The CAP recommends monitoring only as the
remedial action for this site.
03-19-92 Monitoring wells MW#2A,MW#4,MW#4A,MW#5,MW#5A,MW#8,MW#9,MW#10
and MW#11 were sampled this date. Monitoring wells MW#1,MW#2,MW#3,MW#6,and
MW#7 were dry and could not be sampled. Depth to water ranged from approximately 34'
BGS to 38.5' BGS. Flow direction was to the north northeast.
MW#2A showed TPH as gasoline and BTEX at 130 ppb, 1.5 ppb, 1.8 ppb,9.8 ppb, and 1.9
ppb, respectively.
MW#5A showed TPH as gasoline and BTEX at less than 50 ppb, less than 0.5 ppb, 1.3 ppb,
less than 0.5 ppb, and less than 0.5 ppb, respectively.
MW#4,MW#4A, MW#5, MW#8, MW#9, MW#10, and MW#11 did not detect TPH as
gasoline or BTEX at detection limits of 50 ppb and 0.5 ppb, respectively.
03-26-92 PHS/EHD sends letter to RP. The alternative of monitoring only is warranted at the current
time (due to the drop in the water table and the corresponding ND levels of contaminants
at this site) but the monitoring should be such that data on the contaminant concentrations
relative to groundwater levels are collected.
03-25-92 PHS/EHD conducts public participation this date.
