Box 2009 (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton,California 95201 <br /> (209)468-3400 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 5608 North Pershing Avenue (APN# 108-150-11-1.) , on the Northeast <br /> corner of Pershing Avenue and Robinhood Drive in the City of <br /> Stockton, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division. The plan is a proposal <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to an unauthorized release associated with the underground <br /> storage tank that was located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division, 445 N.
