Soil <br /> excavation and remediation activities began on April 23 , <br /> 1993 and continued through May 20, 1993 . <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> The analytical reports from the recent Touchstone <br /> Developments UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL REPORT dated <br /> March 31 , 1993 and previous underground storage tank removal <br /> information from a Blaine Tech report dated September 12 , <br /> 1988 , indicated residual soil contamination existed in the <br /> vicinity of the former fuel underground storage tank complex <br /> (UST) and product line areas . <br /> SITE ACTIVITIES <br /> Soil remediation involved the excavation and removal of <br /> hydrocarbon impacted soils from beneath the former fuel UST <br /> complex, waste oil tank, and product line areas .
