Mr. Parks wanted to know what to do with the six split- <br /> samples. I told Mr. rks that we left the six split-samples so that the facility would have the <br /> opportunity to analyz the waste streams. Mr. Parks told me that that they would analyze the <br /> split-samples they rec ived. <br /> On 6/14/021 mailed t e duplicate photos from the hazardous waste inspection to Mr. Parks. <br /> On 6/26/02 Mr. Vald z gave me the results of the analysis (TTLC) of the split-samples we had <br /> taken during the haza dous waste inspection. Sample# SBO1, SB02, SB03, and SB06 came back <br /> as hazardous waste ( ttachment E). Mr. Wilson decided to have Mr. Valdez analyze the four <br /> samples further(STL ). <br /> On 6/27/021 called r. Parks and left a message that the results of the samples had come back as <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> On 6/28/02 Mr. Park called me back. We discussed the results of the samples; four of them <br /> came back as hazard s waste. I expressed to Mr. Parks the importance of not continuing to <br /> dispose of the hazard us waste into the garbage. Mr. Parks agreed and stated that they were <br /> holding the hazardou waste onsite. Mr. Parks stated that he had the six split-samples that we <br /> left in the process of heing analyzed. <br /> On 7/2/02 1 filed a Corrected copy of the analytical laboratory report, the date received was wrong <br /> and was changed from 7/10/02 to 6/10/02 (Attachment F). I also received the analysis (STLC) in <br /> which Sample #SB02 SB03, and SB06 came back as hazardous waste.- Sample # SBO1 was not <br /> analyzed due to insuf icient sample. (Attachment G). <br /> On 7/26/02 I receive a message from Mr. Parks stating that he is working on finding a <br /> hazardous waste man gement company to handle the hazardous waste at the facility. <br /> On 8/30/021 receive a call from Mr. Parks stating that he had removed the open containers of <br /> paint cans and had do e a profile on the two 55-gallon drums with no labels (behind building <br /> four). Mr. Parks tha ed me for being patient with his effort to remove the hazardous waste and <br /> explained that the reason it was taking so long was because the facility had to go through a credit <br /> application with Kett]eman Hills Landfill. Mr. Parks also told me that they are no longer using <br /> the rinse tank for the plastic bumpers and are definitely not letting the waste water run out of the <br /> tank and onto the gro nd.
