Former Stockton Plating operated at the site from 1954 to <br /> 1996, when electroplating process ceased and the wastewater treatment unit was <br /> discontinued and closed. Mr. Richard Leland has been the property owner of the site <br /> since 1989. <br /> In 1986 and 1990 underground fuel tanks were removed from the site. Soil and <br /> groundwater investigation revealed that petroleum hydrocarbons had been released <br />
