I insofar as they e doing business in the'State of California and confined to defendants' <br /> 2 DISTRIBUTIO 14 OF RECYCLED BUMPERS/NEW AUTO BODIES activities in the County of <br /> 3 San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. <br /> 4 3. Defendants, in the course of defendants' DISTRIBUTION OF RECYCLED <br /> 5 BUMPERS/NEW AUTO BODIES activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.5 <br /> 6 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 7 a. Violation of Health and Safety Code §25189.5, disposed or caused <br /> 8 disposal of hazardous waste at an unauthorized point. <br /> 9 b. Violation of Health and Safety Code §25201(a), stored hazardous <br /> 10 waste on site to ger than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> 11 C. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 §66262.11, <br /> 12 failed to make a hazardous waste determination. <br /> 13 d. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 §66265.32, <br /> 14 failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> 15 e. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 §66262.34, <br /> 16 failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste. <br /> 17 f. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 §66265.173(a), <br /> 18 failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> 19 waste. <br /> 20 g. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 §66265.52, <br /> 21 failed to comple e contingency plan. <br /> 22 4. Defendants, in the course of defendants' DISTRIBUTION OF RECYCLED <br /> 23 BUMPERS/NEW AUTO BODIES activities, are pursuant to Business and Professions Code § <br /> 24 17204 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 25 a. Violation of Chapter 6.5, of the Health and Safety Code described in <br /> 26 paragraph 3 above. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 2. <br />
