Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br /> 7 DOLLARS ($4,500.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25192. Said <br /> 8 payment shall tie made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 9 DEPARTMENT - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST. Said payments shall be <br /> 10 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 11 Unit. <br /> 12 7. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br /> 13 DOLLARS ($4,500.00), as and for civil penalties pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25192. Said <br /> 14 payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT <br /> 15 ATTORNEY d delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 16 Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 17 8. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 18 ($18,000.00), and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17200 et seq.. <br /> 19 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 20 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 21 Unit. <br /> 22 9. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND TWO <br /> 23 HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($8,267.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation <br /> 24 and suit incurred by the DEPARTMENT OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL. Said payment <br /> 25 shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin <br /> 26 County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 27 10.
