Report Preparation <br /> A Site Investigation Report will be prepared to present the findings and conclusions of the <br /> investigation. The report will include but not be limited to the following: <br /> - Introduction/Project Description <br /> - Investigative Methods <br /> - Investigative Results and Field Observations <br /> - Data Statistical Analyses and Discussion <br /> - Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> - GPS Boring Location Data <br /> - Soil pH,Total and Soluble Lead Data Tables <br /> - Vicinity Map <br /> - Site Plans including Laboratory Data <br /> - Appendices including Laboratory Reports and Chains-of-Custody <br /> Caltrans will be provided one copy of the draft report, and upon receipt and incorporation of Caltrans <br /> comments, Geocon will provide five copies of the finalized Site Investigation Report. <br /> Proiect Schedule <br /> The following project schedule will be adhered to with the exception of delays due to permitting or <br /> inclement weather: <br /> Task Completion Date <br /> Field Work April 25,2002 <br /> Draft Report May 25, 2002 <br /> Final Report Five days after receipt of Caltrans comments <br /> If there are any questions concerning the contents of this Workplan, or if Geocon may be of further <br /> service,please contact the undersigned at your convenience. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> GEOCON CONSULTANTS,I <br /> JUH,9�2Fy� <br /> en ,P ! p m Rebecca L.
