Please <br /> review the MRP closely so that you may establish appropriate sampling schedules and reporting <br /> protocols. The required monitoring report submittal dates are in the table below. <br /> Required Monitoring Reports Due Date <br /> Monthly Monitoring Reports 1st day of second month following the sampling (the <br /> January Report is due by 1 March) <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Reports 1° day of the second month after the quarter(January- <br /> March quarter report is due by 1 May) <br /> Annual Monitoring Reports 1 February of each year <br /> Please be advised that the monitoring reports must be submitted on time and complete. Monitoring <br /> reports must include all of the items described in the Reporting Section of the MRP. Monitoring reports <br /> must be accompanied by a completed Monitoring Report Transmittal Sheet (blank copy enclosed). <br /> The first monthly monitoring report required under this Order is due on 1 March 2017 and is to cover <br /> the month of January 2017. <br /> Report Submittals <br /> All monitoring and technical reports should be converted to searchable Portable Document Format <br /> (PDF) and submitted electronically.
