It shall include the felling and removal of trees, stumps, <br /> 12 roots, and tree debris and the removal of surface rock and all debris. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 1.02 RELATED WORK SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE <br /> 15 <br /> 16 A. Section 02210: Site Grading <br /> 17 <br /> 18 B. Section 02221: Utility Trenching and Backfilling <br /> 19 <br /> ' 20 1.03 DEFINITIONS <br /> 21 <br /> 22 The term 'clearing and grubbing', as used herein, includes the removal of all existing <br /> 23 objects (except for those objects designated to remain) down to the existing ground level, <br /> 24 plus such other work as is described in this section of the specifications. <br /> 25 <br /> ' 26 1.04 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> 27 <br /> 28 A. Codes and Standards: In addition to complying with all pertinent codes and regulation, <br /> 29 comply with the requirements of those insurance carriers providing coverage for this work. <br /> ' 30 <br /> 31 1.05 JOB CONDITIONS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 A. Dust Control: Use all means necessary to prevent the spread of dust during performance <br /> 34 of the work of this section; thoroughly moisten all surfaces as required to prevent dust <br /> 35 being a nuisance to the public, neighbors, and concurrent performance of other work on <br /> 36 the site. <br /> ' 37 <br /> 38 B. Burning: On-site burning will not be permitted. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 C.
