Area to be Cleared & Grubbed: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1. The Contractor shall restrict clearing and grubbing to the areas designated for new , <br /> 32 construction or adjustment of grades on the plans. Surrounding trees shall be <br /> 33 protected from damage. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 B.
