Section 09251: Gypsum Drywall Construction <br /> 18 <br /> 19 1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> ' 20 <br /> zl Use adequate numbers of skilled workmen who are thoroughly trained and experienced in <br /> 22 the necessary crafts and who are completely familiar with the specified requirements and <br /> 23 the methods needed for proper performance of the work of this Section. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 1.04 CODES AND STANDARDS <br /> 26 <br /> 27 In addition to complying with the pertinent codes and regulations of governmental agencies <br /> 28 having jurisdiction, unless otherwise specifically directed or permitted by the Engineer, <br /> 29 comply with: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 a. "Product Use Manual" of the Western Wood Products Association for selection and use <br /> 32 of products included in that manual; <br /> 33 <br /> 34 b. "Plywood Specification and Grade Guide" of the American Plywood Association; <br /> 35 <br /> 36 c. "Standard Specifications for Grades of California Redwood Lumber" of the Redwood <br /> 37 Inspection Bureau for Redwood, when used. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 1.05 PRODUCT HANDLING <br /> 40 <br /> 41 A. Deliver the materials to the job site and store, in a safe area, out of the way of traffic, and <br /> 42 shored up off the ground surface. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 B. Identify framing lumber as to grades, and store each grade separately from other grades. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 C. Protect metals with adequate waterproof outer wrapping. <br /> ' 47 <br /> ae D.
