c. Recommended installation, adjustment, modes of operation, startup, calibration, <br /> and troubleshooting procedures. <br /> d. Warnings and cautions to prevent equipment damage and to insure personnel <br /> safety <br /> e. Complete internal wiring, component layout, connection, and schematic <br /> diagrams. All "proprietary" diagrams shall be included. <br /> f. Complete parts lists, by generic title and identification number, cross-referenced <br /> to component layout diagram. <br /> g. Disassembly and assembly instructions. <br /> h. Recommended preventive maintenance procedures and schedule. <br /> ' i. Recommended lubrication and an estimated quantity for a year duration. <br /> j. Recommended spare parts list, including the unit price of each. The Contractor <br /> shall provide an availability policy listing the location of where spare parts are <br /> stocked and the delivery time for each of the recommended spare parts. <br /> 3.8 WARRANTY <br /> 1 A. The Contractor shall have a staff of experienced personnel available to provide service on <br /> four (4) working days notice during the warranty period. Such personnel shall be capable <br /> of fully testing and diagnosing the equipment delivered; and of implementing corrective <br /> ' measures. <br /> B. If the Contractor fails to respond in four (4) working days, the Owner at its option will <br /> ' proceed to have the warranty work completed by other resources; the total cost for these <br /> other resources shall be reimbursed in full by the Contractor.
