3.6 SPARE PARTS <br /> A. The Contractor shall supply sufficient spare parts to support the engine generator <br /> ' throughout the warranty period. <br /> B. The following spare parts shall be provided to the Owner: <br /> 1. 12 each of each type and size of fuse. <br /> 2. 12 each fuel filters for each type. <br /> 3. 12 each oil filters for each type. <br /> 4. 4 each air filters for each type. <br /> 5. 24 spare lamps for each type. <br /> ' C. Spare parts shall be packaged for safe shipping and storage and clearly labeled with part <br /> name & number. <br /> 3.7 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS <br /> A. At the time of delivery of the equipment, the Contractor shall submit for approval a <br /> minimum of one (1) set of "operation and maintenance" (0 & M) manuals. <br /> B. Before receiving payment for more than 90 percent of the purchase value of any <br /> "equipment", the Contractor shall deliver to the Engineer four (4) sets of acceptable and <br /> complete "operation and maintenance" manuals covering that equipment assembly. <br /> C. At least one of these sets of 0 & M manuals shall be made up of "original" (no copies or <br /> reproductions) documents. <br /> D. Manufacturer's or Contractor's standard brochures or manuals shall be edited to reflect <br /> ' only that model or series of equipment installed on this project, including any <br /> modifications. All extraneous material shall be crossed out or otherwise removed in a <br /> manner acceptable to the Engineer. All text, tables, graphs, and drawings shall be clear <br /> and legible. Black and white copies of color originals are not acceptable.
