In accordance with Section 1300. <br /> 1s <br /> 17 B. Submit complete manufacturer's descriptive literature, include catalog cuts, dimensional <br /> 18 data, and other such information. <br /> 1s <br /> 20 <br /> 21 PART 2: PRODUCTS <br /> 22 <br /> 23 2.01 GENERAL <br /> 24 <br /> 25 A. The refrigerated composite sampler shall be capable of collecting repeated sample <br /> ' 25 increments and depositing them into a single bottle. The sampler shall be provided with <br /> 27 a 2.5 gallon polyethylene sample container with lid and polypropylene screw cap. To aid <br /> 28 in cleaning, the sample container shall have a wide mouth and contain no inaccessible <br /> 29 corners. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 2.02 REFRIGERATOR <br /> 32 <br /> ' 33 A. The collected sample shall be stored in a refrigerated enclosure cable of maintaining a <br /> 34 sample temperature of 39 +/- 1.8 degrees F (4 +/- 1 degrees C) in ambient temperatures <br /> 35 from 32 to 120 degrees F (0 to 49 degrees C). The unit shall be self-defrosting and shall <br /> r 35 have a forced air condensing coil with front ventilation. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 B. The exterior of the refrigerator shall be constructed of steel with a vinyl coating to resist <br /> 39 corrosion. The interior of the refrigerator shall be food grade ABS plastic for easy cleaning <br /> ' 40 and to inhibit bacterial growth. The copper refrigeration lines shall be protected with a <br /> 41 phenolic resin. The condenser coil shall be enamel coated to resist corrosion. The <br /> 42 evaporator plate shall be powder coated with a food grade epoxy to resist corrosion. The <br /> 43 refrigerator shall include 1-1/8 inches of rigid foamed-in-place insulation on the sides to aid <br /> 44 in sample preservation. The top insulation shall consist of 1-3/8 inches of right insulation. <br /> 45 The refrigerator shall have a hinged, reinforced fiberglass plastic controller cover which is <br /> 46 capable of being locked. The temperature control knob shall be located under this cover. <br /> 47 The refrigerator's door shall also have hasps capable of accepting a padlock to prevent <br /> 43 unauthorized tampering with the sample compartment contents. A magnetic gasket shall <br /> 49 be used to seal the refrigerator door.
