Shipping: Care shall be taken during the transporting of the pipe to insure that the binding <br /> 37 and tie down methods do not damage or deflect the pipe in any manner. Pipe damaged <br /> 38 during shipping will be rejected. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 B. Delivery: Handle pipe carefully to insure delivery at the project site in sound, undamaged <br /> 41 condition. Engineer will reject damaged pipe on site. Contractor shall replace damaged <br /> 42 pipe at no additional expense to the Agency. <br /> 43 <br /> as C.
