The work of this section consists of furnishing and installing a complete heating and cooling <br /> 11 system as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 B. The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to air conditioner, pipe and fittings, <br /> 14 welding, valves and traps, filter, and all other materials and labor necessary to make <br /> 15 complete systems operating to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer. <br /> 1 1s <br /> 17 1.02 RELATED WORK SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE <br /> 1e <br /> t9 A. Division 16: Electric work (except as herein specified) <br /> 22 <br /> 23 1.03 PROTECTION OF MATERIALS, WORKS AND GROUNDS <br /> 24 <br /> 25 A. Protect and preserve all materials, supplies and equipment of every description and all work <br /> 26 performed. Protect all existing equipment and property of any kind from damage during <br /> 27 operations. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 1.04 INTERPRETATION OF DRAWINGS <br /> 30 <br /> 31 A. All work shown on the Drawings is intended to be approximately correct to scale, but <br /> 32 figured dimensions and detailed drawings are to be followed in every case. The Drawings <br /> 33 shall be taken in a sense as diagrammatic. Size of ducts, pipes and methods of running <br /> 34 them are shown, but it is not intended to show every offset and fitting, nor every structural <br /> 35 difficulty that may be encountered. To carry out the true intent and purpose of the <br /> 36 <br /> Drawings all necessary parts to make complete approved working systems ready for use <br /> 37 shall be furnished. All work shall be installed in professional manner. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 B. Locations shown on the Drawings are approximate and it is intended that all equipment <br /> ' 40 shall be located in accordance with the general and detail Drawings of the construction <br /> 41 proper. All measurements shall be taken at the site. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 1.05 CODES, ORDINANCES AND PERMITS <br /> 44 <br /> 45 A. All work shall be installed in accordance with the laws, ordinances, rules and regulations <br /> 46 of all local and State authorities having jurisdiction, and the rules and regulations of the <br /> 47 National Board of Fire Underwriters, and of any public utilities serving the building, whether <br /> 48 shown on the Drawings or not. Electrical components shall be U.L. listed and labeled. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 B.
