Complete submittals may be reviewed at the office of the <br /> 11 Engineer. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> ' 14 <br /> 15 PART 2: PRODUCTS <br /> 16 <br /> 17 2.01 MATERIALS <br /> 18 <br /> 19 The Contractor shall furnish any materials required for the installation which are not <br /> 20 indicated as being supplied by the Owner. The materials shall be as specified in Divisions <br /> 21 2 through 16. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 PART 3: EXECUTION <br /> 25 <br /> 26 3.01 FREIGHT <br /> 27 <br /> ze All equipment is to be shipped, freight allowed, by the manufacturer. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 3.02 DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT <br /> 31 <br /> 32 The Contractor shall take delivery of the equipment and shall be responsible for the <br /> 33 unloading and placement of the equipment. Owner supplied equipment and materials will <br /> 34 be delivered, freight paid, to the site, but shall be unloaded by the Contractor. The <br /> 35 Contractor shall check for any visible shipping damage and for completeness, i.e., any <br /> 36 separately shipped assemblies or accessories. <br /> 37 <br /> 39 The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying the delivered articles against the list <br /> 39 provided by the manufacturer. The Contractor shall notify the Owner of any errors or <br /> 40 omissions. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 3.03 STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF EQUIPMENT <br /> 43 <br /> 44 The Contractor shall be responsible for the storage and protection of the equipment after <br /> 45 delivery. Any equipment not indicated by the Contractor to be damaged or missing at the <br /> 46 time of delivery but later determined to be damaged or missing shall be repaired or <br /> 47 replaced by the Contractor, unless the Contractor can provide reasonable proof that he is <br /> 48 not at fault. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br /> OWNER FURNISHED EQUIPMENT <br /> 081894 01030-3 <br />
