1 3.04 INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT - GENERAL , <br /> 2 <br /> 3 A. Owner Supplied Equipment and Materials: The Contractor shall install all Owner supplied <br /> 4 equipment and materials as shown on the plans. Installation shall be in complete , <br /> 5 conformance with the recommendations of the manufacturer and the specifications. All <br /> 8 inserts, cut-outs, brackets, and shall be installed to suit the installations as shown. <br /> 8 '9 B. Contractor Furnished Equipment: All equipment and materials not specifically listed as <br /> 10 furnished by the Owner shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor. In this regard, <br /> 11 the Contractor should note that expansion bolts required for installation of Aero-Mod , <br /> 12 supplied items are not supplied by the Owner. All such bolts within the Selector, Aeration, <br /> 13 Clarifier, Surge, Aerobic Digester unit shall be stainless steel as recommended by Aero- <br /> 14 Mod. <br /> 15 ,16 3.05 TESTING <br /> n <br /> 18 Equipment shall be tested at design conditions by the Owner in accordance with the , <br /> 19 equipment manufacturer's instructions. Necessary repairs to equipment during or after <br /> 20 testing will be the responsibility of the equipment supplier. This provision does not relieve <br /> 21 the Contractor of his responsibility for facilities and equipment supplied by him.
