This is a repeat violation, Glass II. 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. Dark, oily staining was observed under the old diesel tank in the yard. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility ofa fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health ort ie environment. Immediately clean the stained soil and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed.
