The fire extinguisher located outside was empty, with an annual <br /> inspection date of Decemb r 2011. All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill <br /> control equipment, and de ontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to <br /> assure its proper operation in time of emergency. Immediately begin this practice. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7(f) Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> A 55 gallon steel drum which previously held kerosene was observed outside the warehouse with no empty labeling. <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were <br /> emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this <br /> section. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by June 23, 2016 <br /> Please be aware as of Januaiy 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
