After construction. new <br /> wells are to be sampled and analyzed for the constituents below and added'to the monitoring <br /> program. DD <br /> } e <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> There are five ground water monitoring wells (MWs) as shown in Figure i_ MWs with <br /> measurable free phase petroleum product shall be corrected for product thickness to obtain an <br /> accurate depth to ground water. The ground water monitoring program for the five MWs <br /> and any additional wells installed subsequently shall include the following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Depth to ground Feet ---- Quarterly <br /> water <br /> Benzene µg/1. Grab Quarterly <br /> Toluene µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Ethvlbenzene- µg/1 Grab' ' Quarterly <br /> Xvlene µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> TPH as diesel µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> TPH as gasoline k4 g/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Dissolved Lead' µg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> From wells which have not been monitored for dissolved (filtered) lead. If <br /> dissolved lead is detected. the Discharger shall perform verification sampling within <br /> :,0 days of submittal of the monitoring report. If the presence of dissolved lead is <br /> ioi contirmed. no further test is required. If ooilution is verified. the Discharger <br /> Miall continue monitoring for dissolved lead quarterly. <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30" day of the month following the <br /> end of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the <br /> reports are no longer necessary. Each quarterly report shall include a ground water contour <br /> map, the status of any ongoing investigation or remediation. and in tabular form the water <br /> quality data, depth to ground water. tree product thicknesses. <br /> r <br /> t� <br />
