MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO.. , <br /> TOWER PARK MARINA , <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Prior to startup of a ground water treatment system, the Discharger shall supply Board staff <br /> with a ground water monitoring program that will demonstrate the effectiveness of the <br /> ground water treatment system. <br /> An annual report evaluating the effectiveness and progress of investigation and remediation <br /> shall be submitted to the Board by,30 January'of`each year and may be substituted for"the <br /> fourth quarter monitoring report. The report shall contain at a minimum the following <br /> information: both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during <br /> the prev ous year; ground water contour maps,LLand_cgptain:inant_c.oncentration maps;-trends in <br /> the concentrations of the pollutants in ground water monitoring wells; whether the <br /> contaminant plume is being captured by an extraction system or is continuing to spread; <br /> plans as needed for improving the ground water extraction or treatment system; and the <br /> anticipated date for completion of cleanup'activities. The annual report also shall include the <br /> reasons for and durations of all interruptions in the operation of treatment systems. <br /> € <br /> Based on the data from the previous year,"the Discharger shall, in the*annual report, identify <br /> data gaps and potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting <br /> program and propose any necessary revised ground water sampling plan frequency,and <br /> analyses with the rationale for the proposed revisions: <br /> Tile results of any monitoringdone more frequently than required at the locations specified in <br /> the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> q. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the. above monitoring program as of the date. of this Order. <br /> WI.LLI_AM_H_.__CROOK S, .ExedutiveOfficer-- i <br /> o <br /> (Date), <br /> ' , i'.. ,i- • �;;. .. t.. =lam.. <br /> a <br />
