Cohen -2- 27 December 1993 <br /> On 9 December 1993, I talked to Ms. Gahry of LCI to follow up on the status of her response to <br /> my 2 November comments and the revised schedule for the Phase II work plan. Ms. Gahry stated <br /> that Tower Park is still in arrears for work that LCI has already,completed. However, she stated <br /> that this is not the holding up the project because Westrec has promised..to pay LCI according to a <br /> schedule acceptable to LCI. She said that the two issues that are holding up the work are approval <br /> of a new contract with Mr. Crocket and approval also by Mr. Crocket of LCI's proposal for <br /> additional work. She further stated that she would have been able to respond to our requests within <br /> two weeks of the 24 November deadline if-these issues had been settled at the time of our 19 <br /> November conversation. Presently, she said that she could not give me an approximate submittal <br /> date because she does not know when the-new contract will be established and the proposal <br /> approved. I tried reaching Mr. Crocket but was unable to. I did not reach an answering machine <br /> or service so I could not leave any message. <br /> On 22 December 1993, I called Mr. Crocket and Ms. Gahry to follow up on the status of the site. <br /> Mr. Crocket was unavailable so I left a message on an answering machine for him to call me.
