Materials were presumed to be <br /> of Business Services hazardous waste, and were disposed of in accordance with Title 22 <br /> (209)830-3230 I regulations. <br /> (209)830-3234 Fax <br /> The white fine powder was determined to be Soda Ash from the <br /> Dr.Sheila Harrison nearby containers. Soda Ash is a neutralizer for the swimming pool. <br /> Assistant Superintendent The material was determined to be a hazardous material, but not a <br /> of Educationcational Services: <br /> (209) 02 hazardous waste. The Soda Ash was used to manage the swimming <br /> (209)830-3209 Fax pool Ph levels. <br /> &Human Resources: <br /> (209)830-3260 o #1 7: Records for past disposal of spent lead acid batteries were obtained <br /> (209)830-3264 Fax from the vendor on January 24, 2012. Records indicated that batteries <br /> were removed on February 8,2011, March 3, 2011, and April 28, <br /> 2011. Batteries are removed by the local Napa vendor. A review of <br /> three years of Napa records and TUSD purchase orders indicates that <br /> no additional disposals were made from the campus for that three- <br /> year period.
