o #6(5: The large metal tank will be pumped as soon as possible. Evergreen <br /> has been contacted and the district is waiting for them to confirm the <br /> date they will come by and provide their services. A new label will <br /> be attached which will include all required information. The auto shop <br /> teacher will inspect the tank daily in accordance with CCR <br /> 66265.195(a) and CCR 66265.174. Inspection will include the 1) <br /> overfill/spill control equipment; 2)the above ground portions of the <br /> tank system for corrosion or releases of waste; 3) data gathered from <br /> monitoring equipment and leak detection equipment; 4)the <br /> construction of materials and the area immediately surrounding the <br /> externally accessible portion of the tank system including secondary <br /> containment structures to detect erosion or signs of releases of <br /> hazardous waste; and 5)the level of waste in any uncovered tanks to <br /> ensure compliance with CCR section 66265.194 (b). A sample of the <br /> daily inspection sheet(Page 181) is attached. District central staff will <br /> inspect daily inspection log quarterly to ensure compliance. <br /> o #4C4, #605, #701: The one gallon plastic milk jug storing"Metal Waste <br /> Cu, Fe, Al,Ag" will be removed as soon as possible. Evergreen has <br /> been contacted and the district is waiting for them to confirm the date <br /> they will come by and provide their services. The materials were <br /> transferred to a closed container and a label was attached, which <br /> includes the 6 required elements of information.
