Hunter & Associates <br /> July, 1995 <br /> PURPOSE OF WORK: <br /> During removal of a 40 gallon tank containing hydraulic fluid, <br /> approximately 30 gallons leaked into the soil from a small crack <br /> located in a nipple at the bottom of the tank. As a result of <br /> that spill, a workplan was prepared by American Door to remove <br /> contaminated soil & take a soil sample for analysis . A copy of <br /> that workplan is attached as EXHIBIT A. This report covers <br /> • the results of that work. <br /> PROPERTY LOCATION: <br /> The properties are located at 1488 Tillie Lewis Drive, (formerly <br /> known as Kern Street, ) between Charter Way (State Route 4, ) and <br /> Navy Drive, in the city of Stockton. They consist of several <br /> parcels comprising approximately 22 acres .
