Thornton Road in Lodi.
Mr. Zarakani is requesting to abandon the well site, but was informed the site is required
for fire protection. Currently the well site is not adequate for fire protection; however,
the fire department would utilize the hydrant system currently maintained by San Joaquin
County. Therefore, the fire department no longer relies on the well for fire protection.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to
contact my office.
Sincerely,
y
Mike Kirkle, Fire Chief
cc: Andy Zarakani, 3-B's Truck & Auto Plaza
l Steve Dalton, San Joaquin County Fire Warden
Captain Steve Butler, Woodbridge Fire District Fire Prevention
I
i.
