RO#: 550 <br /> Lodi, CA., 95242 CUF#: 12992 <br /> On September 4, 2007 the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) posted the above referenced site as a requirement to the final approval of the <br /> corrective action plan to extract contaminated soil vapors and inject (sparge) air into the <br /> ground water at the site. <br /> The public participation comment period has been completed. <br /> The corrective action plan, Soil and Ground Water Remedial Action Work Plan that was <br /> tentatively approved is now approved for implementation. Please submit a boring <br /> permit application and $383 fee now. After the EHD has issued the permit you may <br /> schedule a drill date and proceed with installing the remediation wells and remediation <br /> system setup. <br /> Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this process.
