Thornton Rd. <br /> Lodi, CA., 95242 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br /> has reviewed the "Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan" submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental (AGE) on February 22, 1999 and has the following comments. <br /> The work plan is approved as submitted. Please submit a boring permit application <br /> and the $89 fee immediately so the well installations can proceed this month. <br /> In case there is a delay in the monitoring well installation or required groundwater <br /> sampling, the domestic well is to be sampled for all gasoline and diesel <br /> constituents and the five oxygenates no later than March 30, 1999.
