25 October 2013
Project No. 96-0249
budget change order (BCO) request on 30 June 2013, requesting the necessary funding
to finish the above site closure tasks.
On 26 August 2013, Reimbursement Request No. 32 was submitted to the USTCF for
review and processing; RR 32 included the cost for the above-referenced destruction of
32 wells. However, due to the significant cost associated abandoning 32 wells, Three B's
Truck Plaza could not afford to authorize additional work prior to reimbursement from the
USTCF.
Based on the above referenced change order request (June 2013) and submittal of
reimbursement package No. 32 (August 2013), AGE is anticipating scheduling the
remaining site closure tasks sometime during the 1" quarter of 2014. However, until the
BCO is approved, additional costs cannot be incurred, because current USTCF policy does
not guarantee a time line (of any kind) for reimbursement of"out-of-budget" costs.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our office at (209) 467-
1006.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
.fel
Timothy .
