3. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). <br /> 4. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall be served by one or more <br /> floor drains which shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The <br /> separator shall have prior approval by the Public Health Services (Environmental <br /> Division) before submission to this Division for permits and meet all the criteria <br /> for hazardous waste generation. <br /> 5. The proposed project is located within an expansive soil area where a <br /> conventional foundation may not be suitable. Therefore, an engineer is required <br /> to evaluate the foundation design. <br /> h. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 2. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the'tow away'sign <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> 3.
