Located on the S. side of Gawne <br /> Rd. , 1/2 mile W. of Van Allen Rd. , SE. of Stockton (District 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Manuel & Lillian Sousa APN: 185-100-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> Portion of the site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood <br /> Depth will be approximately 1 foot above the natural ground. In <br /> addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton <br /> Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood <br /> plains, and floodways areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The <br /> re-evaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San <br /> Francisco, California, 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re- <br /> evaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public <br /> Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the re-evaluation process is completed. <br /> Gawne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The driveway and approach shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 , San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-lc & R-17 and the <br /> Farmington Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit.
